Teddy Gets Whole

Usually Teddy shops at Trader Joe's because there is one close to her house, but yesterday she decided to give Whole Foods a try because she heard they have excellent sushi (and we know Teddy likes her sushi!). Teddy was very impressed. Of course she first hit the cookie aisle because she can never get enough cookies in her life. She was happy to see their cookie ingredients were fairly healthy so when she indulges she won't feel too bad about it. Teddy also picked up several pasta sauces, fresh pasta and olive oil (Nibs is into Italian). And then there was the sushi. What a selection! Teddy grabbed a spicy salmon and avocado roll for lunch. In the checkout line she got her paws on some organic chocolate bars with hazelnuts. All in all, Teddy had a great Whole Foods experience!

    the Whole Foods in Santa Monica is much nicer but that may be a bit of a drive for Teddy

    Teddy seems to eat a lot of salmon, she had it at the Polo Lounge and then again at Joan's. Is she addicted to salmon? Is that what most bears eat? We at least know Nibs likes cheeseburgers and HE branches out

    they are building a new whole foods in marin, fyi, in mill valley. now mill valley will have TWO whole foods

    they have the best produce and baked goods. It is a little more expensive but so worth it. I am surprised Teddy hasn't goe sooner. She seems like a Whole Foods type.

    i know they don't have a whole foods on the upper east side! i don't think they have them yet. they're still a fairly new chain

    I love how Teddy admires roses wherever she goes! The mini ones seem just the right size for her, too!
