September 16, 2009Everyone knows that Teddy likes to sleep in really late, right? Well, Nibs took advantage of her prolonged slumber and slipped out early this morning to look at a vintage Mercedes-Benz that's on the market. Nibs has always wanted a 1951 6-cylinder Mercedes 220 because his favorite actor, Clark Gable, used to putz around in one and it always made the star look so regal. Teddy is opposed to Nibs driving such an old vehicle because she's afraid it's not safe enough for aggressive L.A. traffic. But Nibs doesn't always listen to Teddy! What will Nibs do?
I think Nibs should buy the car. It will only appreciate in value. Plus, buying anything Clark Gable once had is always a good idea. That man had a style worth copying.

ReplyDeleteHmmmm.... how much is the car? Since they ARE married, I think Teddy should have some say. But Teddy never drives right? She's always a passenger? She should not really decide then what Nibs drives.
