Teddy saw the entire movie, but she didn't see the warning. The only thing that sunk in was that Teddy needs to go to Paramount Pictures...
...and see her old director (that's what Norma Desmond did)...
...and get more makeovers, like an intense facial...
...and get cozy with a gossip columnists like Norma did with Hedda Hopper...
...and, most important of all, always pretend that she's in a movie. Why stop acting just because the cameras are off?
Nibs is more worried than ever. Teddy totally missed the point of Sunset Boulevard: that you can't hold on too tightly to a dream or your life will become a nightmare. Poor Nibs!
