The Palazzo has 17 restaurants including Lavo and Cut. Teddy doesn't like the Cut in Beverly Hills (too cold and the food takes forever to serve) so she didn't expect to like the Cut in Las Vegas therefore they skipped it. Teddy and Nibs were excited to try Lavo which was recommended to them by their pal Art. Chef Ralph Scamardella sure knows what he's doing with his old-school Italian fare with a twist like his Kobe beef meatballs. Teddy especially enjoyed her dessert: an Oreo cookie inside a donut with a side of vanilla ice cream. The portions were enormous, by the way!
Lavo has a nightclub upstairs which T&N did NOT try. Too uncivilized!

ReplyDeleteAll that food sounds fantastic. Las Vegas is really about eating these days isn't it? All the great chefs are there, Batalie, Puck, et al..
