August 28, 2009There's a scorching heatwave in L.A. Temperatures are hovering in the high 90s on the Westside. Teddy and Nibs were so hot they had to cool off in their shady back yard. Nibs reclined as Teddy checked how her lemons were coming along. Teddy still doesn't understand why lemons are dark green before they turn yellow. She hopes they ripen soon. She can't wait to make homemade lemonade for her neighbors. Stay cool!
By the way, there isn't just ONE lemon, there are a dozen on that tree!
