It was such a rainy weekend that there really wasn't much Teddy could do except bake! So yesterday she tried out the new Trader Joe's mix for Cinnamon Crumb Coffee Cake.

It was such a rainy weekend that there really wasn't much Teddy could do except bake! So yesterday she tried out the new Trader Joe's mix for Cinnamon Crumb Coffee Cake.
The batter requires only eggs, milk and butter. The crumb part only needs butter. (It should be called Butter Cake, not Coffee Cake!)
All Teddy had to do was lay in batter, then lay in crumb, then lay in batter, then lay in crumb again.
A half hour later all the work was done (Teddy's paws don't move that fast).
The end result? Pure yumminess. Teddy ate three small squares (and hid the rest from Nibs!). Teddy needs to work on her sharing skills.

ReplyDeleteOoooooooo! We got a box of the Trader Joe's Cinnamon Crumb Coffee Cake a couple of weeks ago! How inspiring that Teddy has made a batch! Following her step-by-step directions, we now know what to do. Thanks, Teddy! (And it sure looks delicious!)
