Brownies For Nibs

Teddy was so grateful that Nibs gave her the wonderful book Some Girls: My Life in a Harem (juuuuuuuuuicy!) that she made him a batch of Trader Joe's style brownies, his fave, to say thanks.
First Teddy turned the oven to 325 degrees. Teddy's oven has big knobs. Easier for her paws to maneuver.
Next she stirred in two eggs and a stick of butter with the mix. Teddy's paws got tired quickly. Making brownies is a workout!
A half hour later and... voila! Teddy had a batch of brownies. (Don't forget to sprinkle powdered sugar on top for a finished Martha Stewart look.)
Nibs was so thrilled he gave Teddy a peck. Awww. After 10 years of marriage they're still in love!

the Trader Joe's brownie mix can be found in the baking aisle and is only about $2.50 a box. They taste incredible, like homemade brownies, not like boxed brownie mix. Add some vanilla ice cream on top if you're feeling decadent!
