Teddy Confronts Her Mother

After the storm that is called Beatrice came through, Teddy became flooded with emotion. So Teddy decided to have a sit down talk with her mother.

"Mom, every time you come to visit me and Felicia you have some criticism for us. This time it's why isn't Felicia married," Teddy started. She sounded confident but her paws were sweaty and her fur was standing straight up.

"Teddy, I had no idea you felt this way," said Beatrice. " But isn't that what moms do? They mettle! I still love my cubs all the same."

Teddy's little heart melted and she gave her mother a hug. "Jeez, Teddy, you've put on some weight!" Beatrice blurted out. OH NO! Guess she just couldn't help herself... Poor Teddy.

Teddy's Mother Stirs The Pot!

Turns out Teddy's mother was more interested in picking on Felicia than on Teddy. Teddy discovered that when her sister and Edward came over for refreshments.

As the four of them (clockwise from top left: Edward, Teddy, Beatrice and Felicia) enjoyed Pelligrino in the back yard, Beatrice asked a lot of questions.

"Felicia, when are you going to settle down like your big sister Teddy? And when I say big I mean older, not really fatter," Beatrice said with a little jab to Teddy.

Edward had a sinking feeling. He didn't expect to be confronted by Felicia's mother on the subject of marriage....

She's Heeeeeeere!

Last night the bears were enjoying some post dinner coffee and strawberries when they heard a knock at the front door (a collective sinking feeling overwhelmed the bears).

"Well hello there daughter," said Teddy's mother Beatrice.

Teddy was in shock to see her mother in the fur, so to speak. Teddy was paralyzed with fear. Just the sound of her voice brought back a flood of bad feelings about poor grades, chubby wisecracks (Teddy used to be plump) and her inadequate cooking skills. "Come on in," Teddy said meekly.

After Beatrice settled in with her coffee, Teddy collected herself. "Wow, she's really here," Teddy kept thinking, but she still managed to smile.

A Letter From Mama Bear

In the mail today Teddy received a card which had very familiar writing on it.

Teddy was paralyzed with fear. Could it be from her mother?

She slowly opened the card....

It looked like a cheerful card, but was the message as upbeat?

Gadzooks! It was from Teddy's mom! Holy bear traps!

"Dear Teddy, I'm coming to visit you in Los Angeles in early September. See you soon! Love, Your Mother." Early September? That's now! OH NO!

Jennifer Aniston Moves In With Her Man

Teddy can really relate to Jennifer Aniston because, like Teddy, she is blonde. So, naturally, Teddy picked up the latest issue of InTouch which features the Friends star on the cover.

The weekly reports that Jen has moved into a cozy house in West Hollywood with her new boyfriend Justin Theroux. They also bring up a beach wedding which sounds borderline ridiculous.

Check out the new pad. Sort of modest for a superstar like Jennifer, thinks Teddy.

The new place is above, on the right. Teddy is happy that she already has her love nest with Nibs. :) Awww.

You can't visit Calabasas without stopping by The Commons, where the Kardashians flock like gulls to a shrimp boat.

It was hot, but Teddy braved the weather for a stroll in this tranquil mall.

OK, so Teddy really couldn't brave the 100 degree weather for more than 5 minutes, so she slipped into the mall's movie theater.

Teddy gave The Help two paws up! Sorry, no Kardashian sightings.
