Last night while Teddy and Fopsie were discussing wedding planning (the cake must be vanilla, they decided), Fopsie dropped some information on Emily Maynard, the Barbie Blonde from The Bachelor.
Fopsie revealed that Emily is looking for a two bedroom condo in downtown Austin, Texas so she can be closer to Brad. Emily refuses to live with Brad before they get married (this is what Teddy did with Nibs; smart move Emily!)
Emily won't move West from her two-story brick home in Charlotte, North Carolina until Little Ricki is out of school, which will be in early June. Nice to see Emily puts her daughter first.
Teddy wishes Emily luck. It's not easy starting a new relationship, especially with a celebrity and known playboy like Brad. And it sure isn't a breeze moving to a new city. At first, Teddy had difficulty adjusting from Santa Barbara to Los Angeles.

Britney Spears Is A Femme Fatale!
April 11, 2011
In an effort to make Teddy's day, Nibs surprised his bear with a gift. The way he settled on the present was to think of the most hideous, loathsome and tacky new product on the market. That's how he stumbled upon Britney Spears' new album Femme Fatale.
BINGO! Teddy absolutely loved the CD! "Nibs, I have been wanting to purchase Britney's new album for a while, how did you know I needed this?" she asked. "Teddy, I just had a feeling," was all Nibs was willing to say.
Teddy said Britney's song "Hold It Against Me" was one of her new faves and she couldn't wait to play it in their Benz. "Teddy, maybe only play this CD when you are home alone so that you can completely appreciate all of its qualities," said the clever Nibs.
"This summer Britney will be touring and I think we should go to her L.A. stop at the Staples Center," said Teddy. Now his wifie had just gone too far! She clearly had no clue that Nibs was not a Britney fan...

Jennifer Aniston In Beverly Hills
April 7, 2011
After Teddy's shopping expedition at Tiffany & Co., she strode through the Beverly Canon Gardens, a public park built between the two towers that make up The Montage. Teddy once saw Jennifer Aniston walking through the Gardens on her way to the restaurant Buchon, nested in the North tower. She was wearing a tight black dress and had 4 inch heels and was alone (she doesn't have a Nibs in her life, sad for her!).
The gardens have a Mediterranean influence that make Teddy feel like she's in Florence or Madrid. Teddy loves to feel like she's in Europe! Too bad Teddy didn't see any celebrities today, but Teddy doesn't really like celebrities so it wasn't a big deal.
What Teddy likes most about the park is that it has two colors: green and beige. This calms Teddy's frayed nerves. Also, Teddy likes that she blends into the beige limestone. That way her "fans" (which she thinks she has!) don't bombard her while she's trying to relax. That Teddy!
Can you guess Teddy's very favorite part of the Gardens? The fountains! Teddy is obsessed with these water spewers ever since she saw the film Three Coins In A Fountain, lushly filmed in Rome, Italy. Ann-Margret starred. And like a true romantic, every time she sees a fountain, she throws in a coin.
Maybe the next time Jennifer is in Beverly Canon Gardens she should drop a coin in one of their many fountains, like this weird multi spout configuration. Not that the actress needs any help. But Teddy truly feels that no girl can be totally happy unless she has a "Nibs" around. Oh no! Does Teddy want to match make Jennifer too? You bet!

Take Me To Tiffany's!
April 6, 2011
Ahhh, another visit to Tiffany & Co. in Beverly Hills. This time Teddy was shopping for a wedding gift for Fopsie and Herbert.
What to get, what to get? There were so many things that looked just perfect for Teddy, like this new lock pendant she saw in the store's window.
Teddy felt like Holly Golightly from Breakfast At Tiffany's peering in the windows. All she needed was a cup of coffee and a buttery croissant and a case of the "mean reds" to make the scene complete.
Once inside Teddy perused the crystal bowls and candlesticks. Teddy knows that Fopsie leans toward more traditional pieces. Nothing too modern.
Or maybe Fops would like a cheese plate? Teddy hopes that as a married bear she'll have more dinner parties. She hasn't been entertaining much...
After a few hours of lolling around Tiffany's, Teddy finally made a purchase! You'll have to wait till the big wedding day on May 7 to discover what Teddy settled on. :)

Teddy Is A Whole Foods Gal
April 5, 2011
A lot of people might be under the impression that Teddy doesn't do any work, that she's all play. But she wants all her fans to know that she does work! Like, today she went to Whole Foods in Beverly Hills to get some of Nibs' favorite snacks.
Can't miss the flower section. A very good housewife will make sure the house is at all times filled with fresh blossoms.
What to choose from? Teddy was partial to the Hydrangeas. And the burnt, blood orange roses, her favorite.

Guess Who's Coming To Dinner? Edward!
April 4, 2011
In an effort to make poor lonely heart Edward feel better about life, Teddy decided to invite the guy to dinner.
Of course Teddy doesn't cook. Nibs will take care of that. Teddy will be tied up with her matchmaking brainstorming. In many ways, she's like Gwyneth Paltrow's character from the film version of Jane Austen's novel Emma!
Hmmm, what's that bear's number? Good thing Teddy has her handy-dandy black Tiffany & Co. address book on hand. Lots of bears these days store their phone numbers electronically. Not our Teddy!
Teddy dialed Edward's number. She really hoped he answered. She is not fond of leaving voice messages. They make her nervous. What if she says too much like, "Edward, I heard you are sad and need a new girlfriend"? Teddy has a tendency to blurt things out when she's nervous.
Success! She got Edward on the phone and he said yes to dinner. It felt good to be matchmaking again, Teddy told Nibs. She loves being useful.

Teddy and Felicia Talk Bachelorette Party
April 1, 2011
Teddy really needed to get down to Fopsie's Bachelorette Party planning so she invited Felicia over for cookies, coffee and conversation. Felicia always had the best ideas!
Felicia suggested they rent a private room at a fancy restaurant and invite a lot of Fopsie's industry friends and family. Then she commented on how tasty Teddy's Samoa Girl Scout Cookies were. That Teddy always serves her guests the yummiest sweets!
Teddy mentioned spending a weekend in the English countryside like Kate Middleton did for her Bachelorette Party in Bucklebury, England.
"Is that really realistic Teddy?" asked Felicia. "How about someplace closer like Palm Springs?" Hmmm, Felicia may be on to something, thought Teddy. She wasn't sure everyone even had a Passport.
